Telehealth and office sessions
If you get an error message that says "invalid link", you might need to download or update your Zoom app: https://zoom.us/support/download
If your connection/bandwidth is low, consider using your phone for audio within Zoom so that your data can all go to running the video portion. (This may not work if you are already using a cell phone for your video call.)
Although you could technically use a cell phone and cellular data for our video calls, I strongly encourage you to use a computer or larger screen tablet, hardwired to your router with an Ethernet cable. If you do need to be on wifi, get as close to the router as possible and maybe ask those in your household to avoid streaming or video calls during your session.
I get migraines quickly with screen movement so please make sure your device is sitting on a firm surface before you begin our call.
In-person sessions are offered at CORE Healing House, which is home to both counselors and massage therapists. There is metered parking out front on Pearl Street and you can usually find free parking on 12th Avenue (the section east of Pearl Street). When you arrive, feel free to enter our waiting room. Please bring a mask (still required within healthcare facilities in Oregon). If you are feeling sick even a little bit or think you might be contagious, please be sure to switch to Online Video or re-schedule. Lastly, please avoid wearing perfumes or scents when you come into the office.
