Client Portal

The Client Portal can be used to view my calendar and available appointment days/times, send secure messages, complete required forms and signature, and to manage your appointment and clinical records.

If you are already registered in the Portal, the system will not let you register again. In some cases, I will get an automated notice that you were locked out and I can send you a reminder of your username and/or re-set your password.
